Food lovers and industry professionals are in for a treat as Penang-based Foodicious Food & Beverage Expo 2023 makes its debut in Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 2 April 2023 - Food lovers and industry professionals alike will have the opportunity to explore the latest food trends, sample unique culinary creations, and connect with leading food and beverage industry players at the Foodicious Food & Beverage Expo 2023, which will take place at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre from 31 March to 2 April 2023.
Deputy Finance Minister II YB Steven Sim Chee Keong presided over the expo’s launching ceremony. Also present at the opening ceremony is event organiser Foodicious Sdn Bhd’s CEO Mr Aleex Quah.
Organised by Foodicious Sdn Bhd, the Foodicious Food & Beverage Expo 2023 (formerly TLM Food & Beverage Expo) aims to promote local and international F&B industry players. The multi day event gathers over 200 vendors from manufacturing, distribution, processing and more under one roof, offering these exhibiting companies the opportunities to expand their outreach in the market before audiences of professionals and food lovers. At the same time, visitors will have the chance to discover new markets and innovative solutions by leading food and beverage industry experts while exploring the latest food trends and sampling unique culinary creations.
In addition to the exhibitor booths, the expo also offers visitors a vast array of F&B related activities such as talks, workshops, demos, lucky draws and more.
Furthermore, this year's Foodicious F&B Expo also brings the Coffee and Dessert Festival (CDF), a key product under Foodicious Sdn Bhd, to enhance visitors' experience, adding more value to the event. CDF celebrates the blossoming of vast varieties of exotic coffee while enhancing and encouraging the development of the coffee and dessert industry.
The Penang-based Foodicious Food & Beverage Expo was established in 2016 and has successfully gathered over 300 brands under one roof, trading over RM10 million in sales. Today, the Foodicious Food & Beverage Expo is known as the leading F&B expo in the northern region and has set its sights on greater heights.
“Never one to rest on our laurels, Foodicious Food & Beverage Expo continues to think outside the box to stay ahead of the curve. That is why we are here today, bringing our unique skills, perspectives, and resources gained from our homeground Penang to promote local and international F&B industry players in Kuala Lumpur," said Mr Aleex Quah, CEO of Foodicious Sdn Bhd.
