On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I would like to cordially invite you to attend APCB 2023 (9th Asian Paci c Congress
on Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology) from May 26th to 28th at Putrajaya, Malaysia.
This biennial congress is organised by the Malaysian Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology (MABIP)
under the auspices of the Asian Paci c Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology (APAB) and the World
Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology (WABIP). It will be an in-person congress and will feature
both adult and paediatric interventional pulmonology.
The congress was initially planned as a virtual event in October 2021. However, we had to make the bold decision to
postpone it due to the worsening COVID-19 pandemic globally. As the COVID-19 situation continues to improve in
Malaysia and around the world, we felt this was a good time to revert to its original format i.e., physical event
