The 17th edition of Food and Hotel Malaysia (FHM), Malaysia’s premier trade-only food and hospitality exhibition will be held from 19 September – 22 September 2023 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). Bringing business to normal and creating new excitement with the hall’s enhanced capacity to 10.
FHM 2023 acts as an ideal avenue in paving the way for industry players in Malaysia to reconnect and prepare for their return to business. The four-day event is expected to draw 1,500 participating companies as well as 25,000 trade buyers and feature new highlights in biodegradable products, international cuisine showcase, nutrition, omakase and sake pairing session, plant-based (alternative protein), wine education hub as well as see the return of special events such as Pastry Innovation Lab and Culinaire Malaysia.
